ABOUT THE ARTIST

Iris Au is a Chinese Canadian citizen who was born in Markham, Ontario in 1998 with an obsessive fascination with cats and eggs. She is currently majoring in Sculpture and Installation at OCAD University as an artist with a Drawing and Painting background. A believer of the quote “Jack of all Trades, Master of None,” Iris works in a variety of materials to expand her horizons, in both the art world as well as the physical world. Iris has also worked as an art teacher, and has experience making props for musicals and stage performances in general.
